Design and Development
Neo Steel works with the main technological tools on the market for drawing (NX, Catia), finite element simulations (Ansys) and simulations of the production processes for stamping (Autoform).
Neo Steel's engineering is responsible for 100% of its tooling designs, with its own internal tool shop for the maintenance of dies and the manufacture of tools and devices for welding and assembly. For product validation, Neo Steel’s facility includes metallurgical, dimensional and dynamic / functional laboratories.
Production Facilities
Neo Steel has one of the most complete industrial parks in the stamping sector in Brazil, installed in plants that total 35,000 square meters.
It offers its customers lines of light, medium and heavy presses, up to 2,000 tons, equipped with transfer and progressive-tool technologies, from manufacturers such as Schuler, Komatsu, Fagor, Bliss, among others. Automatic MIG / MAG welding cells with Kuka, Motoman, ABB and Fanuc robots, stationary and suspended spot welding lines, as well as assembly lines for subassemblies according to the application and needs of customers.
