Neo Steel has the departments of Product Engineering and Process Engineering.
Both areas have highly experienced professionals and work together with the other sectors of the company in the creation and constant optimization of products and technologies, as well as in the evolution and continuous improvement of production processes. They transform the needs and requirements of customers into high quality products, through the most modern technologies and tools in the design, simulations of products and processes, together with the facilities of the validation laboratories.
Validation
The NEO STEEL validation structure includes complete metallography laboratories (for analysis of steel and materials composition), dimensional (for validation of characteristics within the drawings and specified tolerances, both for product and tooling) and functional (for checking impact resistance and fatigue, among others, depending on the application).
